Calm, rhythmic movements for the waist/hips/legs, with an emphasis on decongestion and sleep. Ideal for a gentle, safe break before the baby's arrival.

It Includes

• Special positioning with side-lying pillows (mama-safe)
• Light to moderate pressure (no deep pressure/trigger points)
• Focus on waist-hips-legs for mom (see pregnancy massage in detail) & neck–shoulders–back for the partner
• Individual intensity adjustment

Important safety notes:

• Suitable from 2nd trimester onwards. 1st trimester only on medical recommendation.
• In case of complications/medical issues (e.g. hypertension, preeclampsia, thrombosis), a doctor's approval is required.
• We do not use fragrances/essential oils unless you wish to or if there is a sensitivity.
• Please indicate weeks of pregnancy & special needs at check-in.
