Sports massage, also known as Deep Tissue Massage, is a massage method primarily used to treat problems related to the musculoskeletal system, such as sports injuries.

The frequency of the sports massage depends on the reasons for use, which are: 

a) the treatment of pain

b) sports performance improvement and recovery
